Why Keep Your Firmware Updated
Monitor firmware controls image processing, input handling, and on-screen display features. Updates can fix flickering, improve color accuracy, resolve HDMI/DisplayPort handshake issues, and enhance gaming features like variable refresh rate. Most monitor firmware updates are applied via USB drive — check the manufacturer's instructions for your specific model.
